Part 3 (of 5) of the Hard Target Certification Series

This course is designed for professionals, families, and travelers who want practical, real-world safety skills without gimmicks or fear-based training. Personal and Travel Safety focuses on mindset, awareness, and decision-making in everyday life and while traveling, whether locally or out of state.Participants learn how to recognize developing threats early, manage unwanted encounters, move safely through public spaces, hotels, restaurants, and transportation hubs, and maintain personal security while working or traveling alone. The course emphasizes avoidance, de-escalation, boundary setting, and smart movement, with realistic options for escape and safety under stress.This is not sport self-defense. It is practical safety education built on military, law enforcement, and executive protection principles, adapted for civilian application. The training is relevant for Texas professionals, field workers, travelers, families, and organizations who value preparedness, professionalism, and personal responsibility.Delivered as part of the Hard Target Series, this class helps participants become less predictable, more aware, and harder to victimize in real life.

Combating Stress takes a fresh approach to understanding stress, introducing surprising insights into its sources and impact. This course provides participants with practical tools to assess their current stress levels and navigate the challenges of both acute and chronic stress effectively.Participants will gain a deeper understanding of what happens to the body and mind under stress, with a focus on the physiological and psychological effects. The course introduces seven proven methods to control and reduce stress, offering actionable techniques that can be applied in everyday life to build resilience and maintain peak performance.Unlike traditional stress management courses, Combating Stress empowers individuals with a deeper awareness of their own stress triggers and responses. Through engaging content and interactive demonstrations, participants will leave with a renewed sense of control and the ability to apply stress-reducing strategies in real time.
